IT DevOps and Project Support are teams of IT ninjas who are always around and able to help in any, even the most difficult situation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in support of various projects of different scales and directions together with the leaders of these directions. A wide range of technologies will allow you to harmoniously develop your professional skills and advanced practice in existing services support and implementation of exciting new initiatives.
YOU ARE
- Having a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar
- Effectively communicating in German and English to other technologists and corporate staff
- Showing 2 years working in IT or software engineering
- Experienced with IT systems
- Working with Jira and Confluence
- A holder of a strong customer service orientation; and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Well-versed with Windows 7, 8, & 10 as well as the Office suite and standard business applications
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware: Windows and Apple desktops and laptops; IOS and Android mobile devices
- Confident in Zoom, DLP, client imaging, and next-generation AV endpoint security solutions
- Demonstrating solid experience with Microsoft Autopilot, Intune and SCCM
Showing extra advantages in
- Salesforce
- Supporting WAN and LAN equipment with basic functions (patching)
- VMware, and VDI
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Operating and maintaining IT and engineering systems. This includes the following systems
- Jira / Confluence Cloud with Jira Service Management
- Application security scanning tools: Snyk, Nessus
- Responding to IT-related requests; providing timely and effective resolution of end-users' issues
- Supporting on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud server technologies and systems supporting our Engineers
- Helping assess existing technologies and assisting in new hardware & software evaluation
- Raising awareness on escalated issues
