Call Center Agent Job [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED AGENT(Male/Female) for our US Campaign . The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Must have 1 - 3 Years experience in Spectrum, AT&T, Comcast, Optimum Sales

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound calls.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Services and Management.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must have a professional telephone manner.
  • Fresh candidates may also apply if they are excellent in English speaking and listening
