We seek a Performance & Calibration Engineer to join a Swedish conglomerate, that runs the world’s automotive industry. The work is mainly focused/concentrate on the early development phases.
Responsibilities
- Select feature-related HW-components detailed specifications (FIE-spec, turbo-spec, camshaft profile) by testing (simulation)
- Define tasks, plan/prepare engine test

Execute tests in the test lab- Evaluate and document the result
- Present the result to the team and stakeholders
Requirements
- Good knowledge in the field of exhaust after-treatment systems and automotive catalysis
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, and writing
- Ability to work independently but also be sociable, outgoing, and cooperative
- Ability to follow up and guide development work in collaboration with int./ext. Stakeholders
- Lead and work in global-cross-functional teams
- Networking skills
- Structuring and analytical skills
