As a Customer Support you will:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information
- Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my order yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”
What do we offer?
- Start date: 17.07
- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
Approx. 1250€ gross per month – without company accommodation (also for the home office)
- Home office throughout Portugal (except islands)
- Shift work in the timetable: Monday-Sunday 7:00 – 19:00 5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day (+1h lunch break) – full time)

What do we expect:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 – native level)
- Communicative English level
- You live anywhere in Portugal or you are ready to relocate there

- Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal
