Job Description:
1. Responsible for designing training programs for server personnel.
2. Develop and maintain a skill matrix for sewing staff.
3. Supervise a team of trainers, assessing their skills, knowledge, and performance.
4. Foster good work habits among new employees.
5. Research and implement effective methods for sewing, pressing, and cutting processes.
6. Prepare and update quality KPIs, and generate reports to measure production efficiency.
7. Assess employee skills based on the established skill matrix.
8. Contribute to the achievement of the company's key strategic goal of increasing factory capacity.
