Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist gym visitors, members, and potential clients.
- Answer customers’ questions in person, via phone, or email, or social media, or messengers by providing information about classes, schedules, membership benefits, pricing or changes on schedules in a friendly and timely manner.
Membership Management:
- Handle the gym's membership process, including registration, renewals, and cancellations, as well as handle in the same manner one-off visits — for group and individual sessions.
- Ensure that all club visitors sign liability waiver before the start of the session.
- Ensure that all club visitors sign a photo shooting agreement in case the photo shooting takes place.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records using a gym management software or spreadsheet.
- Liaise with the marketing director and extended marketing team to track efficiency of advertising and social media campaigns.
- Create and manage class schedules and coordinate with trainers.
- Get in touch with clients and share information regarding promotions that we run.
