Brief description:
We require an experienced person for our sales and marketing team to make sales and follow through measuring, ordering , production and installation of our windows and doors , calling to sites , meeting clients , ideal candidate will have experience in this field to be able to work on own initiative, trustworthy, energetic,hardworking and reliable.
Online campaigns generate the appointment, the Sales Rep then demonstrates the product to the customer, then as a company we survey, manufacture, supply, fit and guarantee the product for up to 15 years.
- All leads are fresh, warm and pre-confirmed
The Role
· Follow up client phone calls and scheduling of appointments at convenient times.
· Prepare Customer Quotations using our bespoke estimating software.
· Provide the customer with detailed and accurate information and advice on our products.
· Manage and grow your own sales.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
· Regular reporting of sales activity to Sales Manager

Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with high energy levels and a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to prioritize and maximize time
- Well organised and a quick thinker with strong negotiation skills
Desirable
- Construction knowledge.
- Previous Windows and Doors sales experience of sales is a must preferable
- Strong organization skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills
