Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is instrumental in fostering a highly effective and engaged workforce within the Coca-Cola Concentrate Plant. They perform the critical functions of talent acquisition, managing compensation and benefits, fostering strong union relations, and driving initiatives to enhance organizational capability. This is done to attract, retain, and develop top talent, maintain competitive and fair employment policies, and uphold a positive company culture in line with Coca-Cola's core values and business objectives.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities
- Support HR team and people managers in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups and other activities to cultivate a positive and inclusive culture within the plant.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquires related to HR policies, practices, and benefits, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage union relationships, including attending union meetings, resolving union grievances, and ensuring the company's compliance with union labor agreements.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
- Support the implementation of HR projects aligned with Coca-Cola's global strategies.
- Work jointly with HR Manager and the Finance area to run BP and control HR OPEX and FTE.
- Lead the Engagement Committee
- Give support to the preparation of CPS AR Communications Strategy.
- Implement and execute the Company's Benefits Program.
- Execute end to end terminations process (contract terminations, resignations, layoffs).
- Suggest compensation recommendations to HR SBP (e.g., market adjustments, incentives, promotions).
Organizational Capability
- Follow up and suggest corrective actions regarding the results received from environment surveys (Pulse Survey, Culture & Growth Engagement survey).
- Coordinate the Performance Enablement Program, Training & Development Program, Talent Development and Young Professional Program.
- Coordinate the recruiting and on-boarding strategies
- Analyze FTE files and give support Finance in preparing RS, BP and RE monthly,
Training & Development Program
- Coordinate all the training and development activities for each associate according to TCCC requirements.
- Cooperate to ensure effectiveness of the training sessions.
Total Compensation / Reward & Recognition
- Suggest compensation recommendations to HR SBP (e.g., market adjustments, incentives, promotions).
- Administer and manage all aspects of the company's compensation policies, ensuring competitive and equitable salary scales and incentive programs.
- Oversee and manage the distribution of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional offerings as appropriate.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process. Collaborate with people managers to identify future hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Communication
- Give support to elaborate and implement a plan through communications tools and channels, to guarantee the associates are adequately informed and communicated about Corporative and local programs and decisions, Business Plan, Key Business Indicators and CPS / local culture, values and beliefs.
Organization Impact/Influence:
- Communication between the Leadership Team and General Manager;
- Communication between managers/supervisors and associates;
- Internal communication with SLBU Region HHRR department.
- External communication with Bottlers.
- Constant communication with CPSLA HHRR Managers and teams.
