Position Summary:
The Social Media Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive growth. They create compelling content, monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development of social media content and other marketing-related tasks.
- Ensuring timely content posting on all social media platforms, including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Posting on secondary platforms such as GMB and Threads.
- Maintaining timely communication with followers and their queries.
- Being part of the coverage and marketing of company events on stories and X/Twitter.
- Using analytical tools such as Linkedin Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Meta Business Suite Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Assisting in the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of social media experience including content marketing and community management
- Excellent knowledge of popular social media networks: Linkedin, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other trending platforms such as Threads.
- Proficiency in designing content on Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva
- Capable of making videos and being able to edit them
- Understanding of SEO and Marketing Analytics
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
